How to Organize a Seminar or Training Session in Drama

Looking for a space to run a seminar, course, or workshop in Drama? Here's what you need — and why a purpose-built space beats a hotel conference hall, whether you're hosting a small team session or an event for up to 20 people.

Whether you're a corporate trainer running a team workshop, an educator offering a professional course, or a consultant hosting a client presentation, finding the right space in Drama can be frustrating. Hotels offer oversized conference halls designed for 100+ people. Cafés are too loud. Your living room doesn't quite set the right tone.

For small team sessions and group seminars, there's a better option: a purpose-built meeting room bookable by the hour. And for slightly bigger events of up to 20 people, you can rent our full space by the half day or full day.

What You Actually Need for a Seminar

Most seminars and training sessions don't need a ballroom. They need:

• A quiet, private space — no background noise, no interruptions

• A high-quality display — for presentations, slides, and video

• A whiteboard — for brainstorming, diagrams, and interactive work

Reliable 1 Gbps WiFi — for live demos, screen sharing, and video calls

Comfortable seating — people are there for hours, not minutes

Coffee and beverages — keep the energy up without leaving the building

Flexible booking — by the hour for small groups, by the day for bigger events. No subscriptions.

That's it. No stage, no microphone system, no catering for 200. Just a professional space that works.

Three Options, One Venue

At Fiftyone Space we offer three formats so you can match the space to the size and shape of your session:

Alpha Room (up to 6 people) — by the hour — Ideal for small workshops, team training, client presentations, and tutoring sessions. Equipped with a 4K TV/display, whiteboard, and 1 Gbps WiFi (video conferencing coming soon).

Beta Room (up to 4 people) — by the hour — A more intimate setting for one-on-ones, focused discussions, interview panels, and small group coaching. Same professional equipment, quieter feel.

Full Space (up to 20 people, ~110m²) — half day or full day — Rent the entire venue for larger workshops, courses, and events. You get exclusive use of the flex desks area, the lounge, the Alpha room, and the Beta room — everything except the private Pro desks. All amenities included: 4K display and whiteboard in Alpha, whiteboard in Beta, kitchenette with coffee and beverages, printing and scanning, and 1 Gbps WiFi throughout.

Meeting rooms are bookable by the hour with no minimum. The full space is offered as a half-day or full-day rental — the right unit for workshops and seminars that run for an entire morning, afternoon, or whole day.

How to Plan Your Seminar

Here's a simple checklist:

1. Pick your format. Alpha for up to 6, Beta for up to 4 (more intimate sessions), or the full space for up to 20. If you're unsure, contact us — we'll help you decide based on your group size and agenda.

2. Book your time. Meeting rooms are by the hour with no minimum — running a 3-hour morning workshop? Book 3 hours. For larger workshops and full courses, the full space is bookable as a half day or full day. For regular sessions in a meeting room, our 5 or 10-hour packs offer significant savings.

3. Send the details to attendees. Our address is Verginas 51, Drama city center — easy to find, with parking nearby.

4. Show up and run your session. The space is ready. The displays work. The WiFi is fast. The coffee is there. You focus on your content.

Save with Hour Packs (Meeting Rooms)

If you run smaller sessions regularly — weekly classes, monthly workshops, recurring training — our meeting room hour packs make it more affordable:

5-hour pack: Book 5 hours upfront at a reduced rate, valid for 3 months

10-hour pack: Even better rates for regular users

Use the hours whenever you want, in any combination. No subscription, no commitment beyond the pack. For full-space bookings, contact us directly to plan your half-day or full-day workshop.

Why Not a Hotel Conference Room?

Hotels in Drama cater to large events — weddings, conferences, corporate galas. For a 6-person workshop or a 20-person training day, you're paying for a space designed for 100. The equipment is often outdated (projector instead of 4K display), the WiFi is shared with hotel guests, and the atmosphere says "banquet hall" rather than "professional workspace."

A purpose-built coworking venue costs less, has better equipment, and creates the right atmosphere for focused, productive sessions — whether you're running a 4-person coaching session or a full-day course for 20.
